A global wealth management firm sought a fast and rigorous way to explore how newly developed brand concepts were perceived by high‑net‑worth investors, including high net business owners. While preliminary quantitative work had been conducted, the team needed deeper, real‑time feedback on clarity, comprehension, relevance, and resonance. They partnered with Heart+Mind Strategies to leverage a rapid‑turn qualitative approach that could evaluate concept reactions while also assessing whether a streamlined recruiting model would efficiently engage this niche investor audience.

OUR STRATEGY

Heart+Mind deployed the Lightning Lab™, a hybrid human‑led and AI‑assisted qualitative solution designed for accelerated insight generation. The session brought together 30 investors and business owners for a live, moderated online discussion combining structured exercises with open‑ended exploration. Participants evaluated each concept independently, followed by collaborative exercises that synthesized reactions and surfaced areas of clarity or confusion. The approach allowed for rapid integration of survey‑style measures, qualitative interpretation, and AI‑supported summarization.
